How to export a GPX from Polar Flow

Polar Flow exports any training session with GPS as a GPX file from the website — two clicks once you've found the session.

Polar uses a labelled button at the top of the session rather than an icon. It offers several formats; Route (GPX) is the one that carries the line.

On the website

  1. Open flow.polar.com and sign in.
  2. Go to Diary and open the training session you want.
  3. Click Export session (top of the session page) and choose Route (GPX).

On your phone

  1. The Polar Flow phone app has no GPX export — open flow.polar.com in your phone's browser (request desktop site) and use the same Diary → session → Export session (GPX) path.

Good to know

The export offers TCX and CSV too — which one?

GPX. It carries the route shape plus timestamps, which is what auto-fills your poster's stats.

No route in the file?

Indoor sessions and watches without GPS record no route — only outdoor GPS sessions export a drawable GPX.

Got your GPX? See it as art.

Drop the file on our homepage and your Polar Flow route renders as a gallery-grade route poster in seconds — stats auto-filled from the file, free to preview, no account and no Polar Flow connection needed.
