Shipping & delivery
Tracked delivery is included in the price, everywhere. Your poster is printed at the production lab nearest you rather than flown across the world. The table below gives the estimate for your country. Import charges on non-EU orders are on us, and digital downloads are instant.

What it costs
Nothing extra. Standard tracked shipping is inside the price on every physical order — there is no delivery line at checkout, no threshold to reach, and no express upsell.
There is one number, and it is the one on the poster. It is what lands on your card statement.
How long it takes
- Digital download
- Immediately. The file is emailed the moment payment clears, and the link stays live in your account.
For a printed or framed poster there are two halves: we print it (1–2 working days, longer for framed pieces, which are assembled by hand) and then the courier has it. Both are in the numbers below.
| Delivering to | Printed in | Working days |
|---|---|---|
| Netherlands & Belgium | mainland Europe | 3–7 |
| Rest of the EU | mainland Europe | 6–9 |
| United Kingdom | United Kingdom | 3–5 |
| United States | United States | 5–8 |
| Australia | Australia | 3–7 |
| New Zealand | Australia | 8–12 |
| Canada | UK or Europe | 11–17 |
| Everywhere else | the nearest lab | 11–17 |
Working days, not calendar days, and counted from the order rather than from dispatch. The long lanes at the bottom are the ones that cross an ocean because no lab in that region prints our paper; they are the exception, since almost every order is made in its own region.
These come from our production partner's own published transit figures rather than from what we would like them to be. Race weekends, December and a customs backlog all stretch them. If your order is going to be materially late, we email you instead of waiting for you to ask.
Every order gets a tracking link when it leaves the lab.
Where we ship
Worldwide. We print through a network of production labs and route each order to the one nearest the delivery address, which is why a poster to Rotterdam and a poster to Sydney cost the same to send and land in a similar week. It also means far fewer of them cross a border at all. The lanes at the bottom of the table are the places where no nearby lab prints our paper.
A handful of destinations are unreachable for reasons outside our control — sanctions, or no courier coverage. If yours is one of them, checkout will say so before you pay rather than after.
Import duty and taxes
If a courier bills you import duty or a handling fee on a Lope order, we pay it back in full. Forward the invoice to hello@lope.studio and it is settled.
Most posters never reach customs, because yours is printed in your own region and the parcel never crosses a border. Some do: a destination with no local lab, or a parcel that enters the EU from outside it, which since the EU customs change of 1 July 2026 carries a small flat duty per item.
When that happens the courier raises the charge, not us, so we cannot stop it arriving at your door. We can refund it, and we do, without asking you to prove anything. Inside the EU, VAT is already in the price you paid.
Tracking, delays and parcels that never arrive
Every physical order ships tracked and you get the link by email. If tracking stalls for more than a few days, or the parcel is marked delivered and is not there, email hello@lope.studio and we will chase the courier ourselves.
A lost parcel is our problem. We reprint and resend it — we do not ask you to open a claim with the courier, and we do not make you wait out an investigation before we act. Risk stays with us until the poster is actually in your hands.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we will resend it once you confirm the address, at no charge.
Damage in transit
Posters ship in rigid tubes or flat-packed with board; framed pieces are corner-protected and assembled at the lab so nothing rattles. It still occasionally goes wrong.
When it does, send us a photo and we reprint or refund — the full guarantee is on the returns page. Do not send the damaged poster back unless we ask; usually there is nothing to be gained from the return journey.
