Withdrawal form

Most of what we sell is made individually to your route and your text, which under EU rules means the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to it. The returns page explains exactly where that line falls and why.

That does not leave you without recourse. Every order carries a reprint-or-refund guarantee on anything that arrives damaged, misprinted or not as previewed. For almost everyone that is the faster path: one email, no form.

Use this form where a withdrawal right genuinely applies: a poster sold without any personalisation, or a digital file you never agreed to receive immediately.

Sending it before the deadline is enough — it does not have to reach us by then, only to have been sent.

We confirm receipt within one working day, in writing, so you have a record with a timestamp. Where goods are involved, we tell you where to send them; return postage is yours unless the item was faulty.

We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice — though for goods we may wait until they arrive back, which is the normal rule. The refund goes to the payment method you used, and we never charge a fee for it.
