Framed prints

Framed route prints — the run you earned, ready to hang.

Your marathon, your ride, your ordinary Tuesday loop: drawn from your own GPS file, printed as a museum-grade art print on 200 gsm archival fine-art paper, and fitted by hand into a real wood frame — natural oak-toned or black. It arrives assembled, glazed and ready to hang, from €79. Shipping is included, and so is the full-resolution digital file.

Three sizes, one quality

Every size is the same paper, the same pigment inks and the same hand-framing. The only decision is how much wall the route should take.

Paper & ink, Clay palette — the artwork inside the frame is live vector, not a photo of a poster.
01

The paper

200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art stock, natural white, no sheen. Archival pigment giclée, not a poster-shop laser print — flat colour fields lay down evenly and the route line stays a clean hairline instead of a dotted approximation.

02

The frame

Real wood moulding in a natural oak-toned finish or black, glazed with lightweight Perspex. Assembled by recognised framers and shipped corner-protected, so the piece you unpack is the piece you hang.

03

The artwork

Your line, not a template. What you see in the browser is the 300 DPI file that goes to the press — the preview and the print are produced by the same renderer, so there is no proof stage where the poster quietly becomes something else.

Framed questions

Does the framed print arrive assembled?

Yes. The print is fitted into the frame by hand at the lab and arrives glazed, corner-protected and ready to hang straight out of the box. We will never ship a print and a frame as loose parts for you to assemble — a framed piece that arrives as a flat-pack kit is not the thing you paid for.

What paper and frame do you use?

The print is archival pigment giclée on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper — a smooth, natural-white stock with no sheen, chosen because flat colour fields and fine linework are exactly what it is built for. The frame is real wood moulding in a natural oak-toned finish or black, glazed with lightweight Perspex so it travels safely and hangs safely.

How much does a framed route print cost?

Framed prints are €79 for 20×30 cm, €95 for 30×45 cm, €139 for 60×90 cm. Shipping and VAT are included, and the full-resolution digital file comes with every physical order at no extra cost.

Can I frame a marathon route?

Yes — any marathon, any race, any training run or ride. Upload the GPX from your watch and the course renders as the poster; the framed edition is the same artwork, printed and framed. Ten major marathons also have official-course pages if you would rather start from the route than a file.

Which frame colour should I pick?

Natural suits the warm palettes (Clay, Ochre, Sage) and oak-toned or lighter interiors. Black sharpens the darker styles — Night glow and the Ink palette — and holds its own on a gallery wall of mixed frames. You choose the colour in the editor before checkout.

Framing a race?

Ten majors and classics have their own pages with the official course ready to go — or start from any marathon route poster, a cycling route poster, or the finisher's gift if it is for someone else.
