[ before you ask ]
- Which file do I need?
- A GPX or a KML. In Strava it is the activity's ··· menu → Export GPX; in Garmin Connect the gear icon → Export to GPX; in Komoot the tour's ··· → Export GPX file. The long version, with screenshots, is in the guides.
- My GPS glitched halfway.
- You will see it in the preview, because we draw exactly what the file says. A dropout is a straight line across the map — reupload a cleaned file and it redraws instantly. Nothing is charged until you like what you are looking at.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Guest checkout, and an account only afterwards if you want one. Your route file is read in the browser and deleted after thirty days.
- Where does the map come from?
- We render the cartography ourselves from OpenStreetMap data — no third-party map tiles, which is why the print stays sharp at 60×90 cm. The full credit rides in the footer and with every print.
